Guaranteed Plan Deposit
Are you often asked to provide cash deposits in order to borrow plans from design firms? WCA members (specifically General Contractors and major Sub Contractors) are encouraged to use the Guaranteed Plan Deposit (GPD) program. Participating Architects and Engineers will provide project plans and specs to GDP users without requiring a deposit. This saves you the hassle of providing and tracking outstanding deposits.
