Manitoba Employment Standards Code
In May, 1999 three previous legislative Acts were combined - the Employment Standards Act; the Vacations with Pay Act; and the Payment of Wages Act. The new name is The Employment Standards Code.

The construction industry has several unique regulations and applications and all members are advised to review the Employment Standards guides that are specific to construction.
