Build a Better Workplace
The Manitoba Sector Training Network (MSTN) is offering Manitoba Small to Medium Enterprises (SME's) with a free resource to successfully help address employee morale, productivity and retention. Building Better Workplaces helps organizations understand the unique causes of their HR issues, and develop an action plan to solve them.
Building Better Workplaces is a FREE resource. Funded by the Federal Government and the Province of Manitoba, this program is ideal for companies with 20-100 employees and inadequate or no HR support.
Employees and management participate in a 15 minute confidential assessment survey. Data collected provides a detailed yet easy-to-read analysis of the current state of the organization. The BBW program then provides assistance in action plan development and implementation by means of an online toolkit, training sessions and an HR specialist. Proven benefits of the program include improved morale, communication, productivity, trust and teamwork among management and employees.
For more information on BWW, or to receive a BBW Information Package, contact Michael Stewart at 982-6376 or mike@mstn.ca. To apply to participate in the BWW program, complete the application form HERE and fax it to (204) 272-2961.
